1. Method of the data processing
The Data Controller will process the personal data communicated by you exclusively on computer support and in digital form.
2. Purpose of the data processing
Your personal data (name, surname, company name, e-mail address, telephone number) will be processed pursuant to GDPR provisions for the following scopes:
A) Dealing with and processing of the requests for information sent to this website
The processing of your personal data is carried out following the operations as reported in art. 4, clause 1 n. 2 of the GDPR and more in detail: collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, elaboration, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, interruption, communication, deletion and destruction of data. Your personal data will be processed electronically/on automatic systems.
3.Data retention period
Your personal data will be stored for:
– The time necessary for the fulfilment of the purpose of processing of requests for information received as per par. A of this Policy.
4.Access to personal data
Your personal data can be made available for the above-mentioned purposes to:
- Employees and collaborators of the Data Controller, in their capacity as people in charge of data processing
- Third parties (inside or outside the Company) appointed by the Data Controller, which oversee the aforesaid activities
5.Data communication
Collected personal data will not be divulged, traded or transferred in any way to third parties.
6.Data transfer
Personal data will be managed and stored on servers located in the European Union. Personal data will not be transferred outside the European Union.
7. Scope of data conferral and consequences in the event of non-conferral
The conferral of personal data (for the purposes as in par. A ) is mandatory in order to process the requests for information sent to this website. The failure to authorize data conferral entails the impossibility to process your request.
8. Rights of the interested party
As Data Subject, pursuant to GDPR art. 15, you have the right to:
I. Obtain confirmation that the Data Controller is holding your personal data;
II. Obtain information about a) the origin of the personal data; b) the methods and purposes of the processing c) the logic involved in case of electronic data processing; d) information about the identity of the Data Holder and its representative, in accordance with GDPR art 3. clause 1; e) the subjects or the categories of subjects to which the data may be communicated, or may become acquainted because they are delegates, responsible, or representative in the State territory;
III. Obtain: a) the updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data b) the erasure, anonymisation or blocking of data that has been processed unlawfully, including data for which the conservation is not necessary with reference to the collection and processing purposes; c) proof that the measures in a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to the contents, of all those to whom the data have been communicated or circulated, unless this requirement proves impossible or excessively difficult;
IV. Object, in whole or partly: a) for legitimate grounds to the processing of your personal data, even if related to the purpose of the collection; b) to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for the completion of market research or commercial communications. Where applicable, you also have the rights under arts. 16-21 GDPR (right to correction, right to oblivion, right to restrict processing, right to portability of contractual and raw navigation data, right to opposition), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority.
The Subject Party has the right to object, partly or completely, for lawful reasons, to the processing of his/her personal data.
9. How to exercise your rights
At any time, you are able to exert the aforementioned rights by sending an e-mail or a registered letter to the address of the Data Holder.
